On November 6, 2022 (Sunday), I visited the Abura Soba specialty store Kiri. I entered the store after disinfecting with alcohol. There is a ticket machine near the entrance. The shop has counter seats and table seats in the back, and there is a fairly wide space. The counter seats were separated by acrylic plates every two seats. When I visited, most of the customers were men. A large TV is installed in the store. Cold water was prepared when I arrived at the counter seat. The polite customer service of the shop staff was also good. I ate Kote soba. Rice is free at lunchtime, and the price is 790 yen including tax. Ingredients for Kote soba are meaty char siu, raw egg, menma, naruto, and chopped green onions. The char siu is thick and chewy, and the char siu on the outside is fragrant. The crunchy texture of the menma and the coolness of the green onion are also good. The noodles are medium-thick and chewy. The sauce has an animal-based meaty flavor, and the medium-thick noodles are often entwined with the raw egg. A raw egg adds a mild flavor. At the end, I ate rice with sauce and raw egg. The rice is cooked softly, and the delicious sauce will increase your appetite. It was delicious.

Came here today before opening. They opened the store even though it was a little before opening time! The store was clean and there was plenty of space between the seats, which was very nice. I ordered the extra size of Kote soba with abura soba. It was easier to eat than the abura soba I had imagined, and the balance of flavor and oil was exquisite, making it very delicious. You can make different flavors, and I've tried many different flavors, but I personally feel that garlic is the best. Rice is also free. A part-time worker? It would be even better if people would wear masks properly. I would definitely like to visit again!

The corners of the rabbit, the shop is beautiful. Unlike some oil soba, there is a sense of cleanliness. I got soy sauce and salt. It was delicious. My wife also seems to like it, so I think I'll go eat it again.
