I give it 5 stars because I want them to do their best to open new stores during this coronavirus pandemic. I think the taste is about 3 stars for me... I also ate Bankara Ramen and Tsukemen, but both were too sweet and oily. I'm the type of person who doesn't feel satisfied unless I finish all the soup, but to be honest, it was quite difficult to finish the soup here. There was also a large amount of soup left in the tableware return shelf, and looking at it made me feel a little disappointed. But for some reason, I thought it was a flavor that made me want to eat it again.

This is a shop that was made in the food court of Safflower Walk on September 19, 2021. It's a ramen made with back fat! The soup has a umami and richness of oil, and the noodles are well mixed. A satisfying ramen. For those who don't like backfat, there is also light soy sauce ramen!
