very very delicious

This was my first visit to a store I found while running and had been interested in for the past few years. When I ordered Kumamoto ramen for 750 yen, I was told that I would get one free soft drink, so I chose melon soda. The most important ramen is the taste of authentic Kumamoto ramen. When I wanted to eat Kumamoto ramen, I went to Ikebukuro and Shinjuku, but this place is delicious!! I ordered a 130 yen extra egg and finished the soup, feeling full. The shop is run by two people, a man and a woman, both of whom have a relaxed yet pleasant customer service and a comfortable atmosphere. Although it's a few stations away, I'll eat there again. Thank you for the meal.

An introduction to Kumamoto Ramen along the Yono Station tracks. Inside the store, there are counter and table seats. This is a system where you buy meal tickets from a vending machine. At lunch time, we offer free drinks such as cola and Calpis. Grilled pork ramen is a Kumamoto type of ramen in which grilled pork is arranged around the bowl in a petal shape. The soup is saltier than the authentic Kumamoto ramen, so it is seasoned to suit the people of eastern Japan, and the tonkotsu soup is strong and delicious. You can't choose the hardness of the noodles, but they are served at about firm. A replacement ball costs 120 yen. The grilled pork is soft and chewy, and it will break apart finely as you mix it with the ramen. Tastes may differ on this one. I think it is recommended to crush it and eat it with soup and noodles.
