There are 8 seats at the counter in front of the kitchen. The shop is run by the owner and his wife. While waiting, I verbally ordered Tsukemen. There is an announcement asking if you would like to prepare the tsukemen, which will take some time. After waiting for about 20 minutes, I was promoted to a counter seat. After another 15 minutes, a bowl of rice appears on a hill. First, every morning I take a bite of the noodles that I make for that day. The flat, curly noodles have a firm texture and go down smoothly. When you bite into it, the sweetness comes out and it's delicious. This noodle is excellent. The amount is 220g. The dipping sauce is clear water soy sauce. The refreshing soy sauce has a strong flavor of chicken, which is just the way I like it. It seems that the soup stock made from guinea fowl chicken bones and chicken wings is combined with bonito flakes, kelp, and two-year aged soy sauce from Fukushima Prefecture. Dipping the noodles in the dipping sauce brings out the flavor of the noodles, which is delicious. The ingredients are Iberico pork shoulder roast pork and grilled guinea fowl breast and thigh meat. Although the size is small, they are all very tasty and make you want to drink beer. For the soup wari, the kelp soup is served in a separate container. The soup portion was delicious and I drank it all to finish. I was very satisfied with the delicious tsukemen that had the atmosphere of a famous restaurant. Thank you for the meal. It looks like a bar counter with only 8 stylish counter seats. I ordered tsukemen and beer with dumplings. First of all, beer and rice dumplings 🎵 Shumai is delicious 😋 it's full of handmade feeling ❗️ It goes well with Heineken ^_^ Then there is the long-awaited tsukemen bowl. Start with the noodles. It's a smooth and delicious noodle!! ️ It's delicious that you can go with just the noodles without dipping it in the soup.
