I visited Shigoku-san in the Shintoshin area. There was a parking lot near the store for 200 yen for 30 minutes, so I went there by car. I came to the store around 13:20 on Saturday, and there were only about 3 to 4 people waiting at that time, but the number of people waiting increased rapidly after that, and there were about 15 to 20 people waiting! You can choose the hardness of the noodles, the intensity of the flavor, the amount of oil, whether or not free rice is provided, and the size (large, regular, half rice). I ordered a large bowl of chashu noodles with flavored egg topping and free rice. I think the bar has been set high because of the good reviews, but I'm going to eat it! Is delicious!
