This is Marunaga Norenkai's new store, ``Koryu''. The store is located about 10 minutes walk from Minami-Yono Station. The restaurant has table seats and counter seats. There are three types of noodles here: Tsukesoba, Tantanmen, and a secret menu. You can check the contents of the secret menu on X (Twitter). Tsukesoba has a good balance of sourness, sweetness, spiciness, and umami, and goes well with the noodles, making it addictive. The dandan noodles have a rich sesame paste and a punch of tinge and spiciness. The thick char siu and soft flavored eggs are also delicious, so we recommend the special.

A ramen shop that opened near Minami-Yono Station. I visited on Saturday as I was alone. There were spaces for two cars in the parking lot in front of the store, and I was lucky that there was only one space left, probably because it was around 2pm. The store wasn't that big, but there was a small raised area, so it seemed like it could fit about 15 people. The price may be a little high for this area, but today I ordered the special Tsukesoba. *There seems to be an additional charge for the middle portion. It was served within about 5 minutes of waiting. A light soup, thick straight noodles, two large pieces of chashu, and a flavored egg. Although it looks light, the soup had a slightly sweet taste and was very delicious. In addition to the char siu, there was also a lot of char siu in the soup, and even a medium portion was enough to fill my stomach. *I'm glad I didn't have to ask for the rice at the service. However, the dike soba does not come with astragalus, so if you are concerned about soup splashing, it might be better to order it. Next was a shop that made me look forward to Dandan noodles.

Dandan noodles! I liked it 😁 For those who don't like spicy food, it might be better to have it less spicy. However, I feel that the balance will be lost if the spiciness is increased. Let's go eat again ✨ With dipping soba! I also got Tantan Tsukesoba😋 It was so delicious 😋
