Shibikara soy sauce ramen is my favorite. Service seems to have changed a bit. In the past, it was a method of selecting the level of sibi and kara in advance, but now it is a method of adjusting sibi and kara by yourself. I like meatballs because they are delicious. I envy students because there seems to be a student discount.

The tsukemen was delicious~Thank you for the meal! The noodles soaked in the kombu dashi are fragrant and smooth, and the dashi can be used relatively. I drank it all up. I am full.

Today, I would like to talk to Hajime Menya, I came here to eat lunch! ! Since I came once when it opened, This is my second visit. Today, I'm going to have Shibikara soy sauce chashu men. I made toppings [Sibi 10, Kara 10, minced garlic, umami fat] (^^) This is also exquisite! ! After all, since it opened, difference! It had even more richness The char siu was a melty meat dumpling that was the best! ! Makes me want to have some rice (^^) Anyway, this is a restaurant that I would like everyone to try! ︎
