Hasuda, Saitama, Japan｜Sato

It's a triple soup of chicken, pork, and seafood, but it's well-balanced and has a sweet taste. At lunchtime, it gets a little crowded with local regulars. Both Chinese soba and tsukemen are recommended!

This is a ramen shop that I have become familiar with since I started working at Hasuda in January 2013. The taste is exceptional, but I am impressed by the customer service attitude of the family. It's a place that makes you feel like you've come home.

It was quite a delicious ramen. As in other reviews It's true that the ramen has a strong flavor and punch, but if people who are used to eating ``Iekei'' ramen are expecting a hearty meal, it may not have enough of an impact. However, it is a gentle seafood ramen that can be eaten by the elderly, children, and women as well. The ramen has a delicate taste with little oil, so I think it's a ramen that won't be enjoyed by fools. I would like to go again 😁
