This ramen shop is located in a slightly secluded area, about 2-3 minutes walk from Ageo Station. I visited around 11:30 on a Sunday, and there were only two people in front of me, and there were no new customers until I left the store, so it might not be crowded if it's early. There were only 5 counter seats in the store, and you bought your meal ticket from a ticket vending machine. I ordered the sea bream and scallop ramen that was recommended. The price is around 1,700 yen, which is a bit pricey for ramen, but once you eat it, you'll understand. The soup and toppings were so sophisticated that I wondered, "Is this ramen?" When I thought of sea bream ramen in Ageo, I thought of Yoshikawa's ramen, but personally I really liked Hayashi's ramen, so I would like to go there again.

The price for a bowl of ramen is expensive compared to others. Isn't it reasonable compared to the value of this ramen itself? The quality of the soup, noodles and other ingredients is impeccable.

I visited for the first time during lunch time. First of all, I would like to say that the taste is the best. On the counter, I read the text written by the owner, expressing his thoughts, with great anticipation. In addition, when you look around the store, you can see that the kitchen, counters, and floors are all clean and hygienic, so you can concentrate on your food comfortably. I ordered soy sauce ramen from the ticket machine and waited several minutes. I wanted people to taste the soup stock, so they kept it separate from the other ingredients, so I took a few sips of the soup and tasted it. I drank just the soup many times because it had a seafood scent and no chemical seasonings, so the flavor didn't linger on my tongue. Next is noodles. The noodles are straight, thin noodles with just the right firmness and are delicious with a slightly thick soup. Next, I topped it with chashu pork and menma. I felt that the balance was such that even the menma could take center stage without ruining the soup. Of course, the noodles alone were delicious. For a while, I ate just noodles and soup. It was a feast.
