More Comments at Google MapA large serving of miso char siu. It was delicious and comforting. There are two parking lots in front of the store and several parking lots opposite the store, making it easy to go. I'm glad that it was non-smoking (it seems that smoking was allowed before). It is safe to bring children.
Visited around 12:30 on weekdays. The parking lot diagonally opposite and the seats in the store are also last 1. I ordered miso ramen, which had good reviews, but it took more than 20 minutes to come out. It might be better to shift a little at noon. It was a rattle after 13:00. The taste of ramen is certainly good, so I can nod. Confirmed repeat. The large strip of paper menu is all about ramen, but if you look at the whiteboard, there are set meals, rice bowls, and a la carte dishes.
It seemed like a ramen shop selling homemade miso, but I purposely asked for salted pork chashu noodles. At first glance, the soup is orange, so you might think it's miso ramen, but it turns out to be salt ramen with a gentle dashi broth. Is the reddish color due to the redness of the rock salt, or is it from the ingredients in the soup stock? It was a shop with a kind-looking housewife, who I thought would be able to talk to me if I went there a few times.
