That thick, rich and flavorful broth is always a winner for me. One of the best Kotteri Ramens imo. Just a friendly tip when you’ve finished everything and the precious broth left behind, add rice in the broth (yes, just dump it!), add a little (or lots of) chili miso, mix everything together and voila, a kotteri risotto! Enjoy!!!
