Absolutely delicious! Ramen with a memorable impact! …not. It tastes like it has a handmade feel to it, or something like the deliciousness that comes from the ingredients. I think I ordered it with less oil, but it was a pork bone and soy sauce soup with a hearty flavor of meat, chopped yuzu, seasoned eggs, and a large soft stewed pork... It was a taste that made me want to go there sometimes. By the way, 90% of my family gets hungry when they eat ramen, but this ramen was okay! It was delicious and my family's stomachs were fine, so I'm going to eat it again.

I went there for the first time after it was renovated. Photography special Mamezo ramen. The ingredients, noodles, and soup were well balanced, making it a satisfying meal. I also ate miso. Just one cup is enough.

The store is new and clean and has a parking lot. I bought a ticket for Ajitama Mamezo Ramen 🍜🍥🥚 (830 yen) and went inside. The inside of the store is also shiny like a cafe, jazz is flowing and the atmosphere is calm👍️. The ramen has a pork bone and soy sauce flavor similar to “backfat chachacha”, but the yuzu skin is effective and does not feel greasy, and it is more refreshing than it looks. The noodles are slightly curly and medium-thin noodles, and they are smooth and chewy while being well entwined with the soup. The large-sized char siu is soft and creamy, and the more you chew, the more delicious it is. The flavored egg is well seasoned, but the yolk is creamy and delicious😋. I want to try other flavors😆.
