Among the many types of miso, I chose Hokkaido miso and had two slices of char siu. It has potatoes in it and it melts while eating, giving it a slightly different taste. It's rich, but not heavy. It looks like there will be a side meal, but today it's just ramen. I'll try other miso in the future.

Cash and electronic money can be used in the system to buy meal tickets, but credit cards cannot be used. We ordered spicy miso and Hatcho miso. Hokkaido spicy miso is not so spicy, and it seems that you can adjust it with the provided spicy miso. The corn wasn't that sweet, but it went well with the soup. The taste is thick and solid. Hatcho miso is also available for a limited time, and you can enjoy a rare taste.

I visited by car because I was able to do it nearby. I was waiting about 4 sets ahead of time, but I was called fairly quickly. It seems to rotate well. In addition to Hokkaido miso, Shinshu miso, and Kyushu miso, there was now a limited-edition Hiroshima miso. We ate Hokkaido miso vegetable ramen with corn and chashu added, and Hiroshima miso meat and green onion ramen with chashu added. They were both delicious. I felt that the inside of the store was clean and there was plenty of room for the audience. Cars can be parked for free.
