I ate miso ramen small. The soup is smooth and rich creamy and does not make your mouth feel greasy and sticky. Tastes may differ. It was very delicious. I would like to order another menu next time. I visited after 12 o'clock on Saturday, but luckily I was able to enter the store without waiting. I ordered soy sauce ramen (medium), and since the kitchen was staffed by an elderly master, I had to wait a bit, but it only took about 10 minutes at most. It was my first time visiting the restaurant, so I just wanted to see how things would go, but the soup was exceptionally delicious. Chain stores and Jiro cannot be compared. The flavor of the soup is so deep that it doesn't matter what kind of stock was used or how many days it was simmered; it was simply delicious. My husband is elderly so I don't know how long he can eat this, but it's worth it.
