There are two types of chashu, a meaty one and a soft and oily one, both of which are delicious and I like them. The menma was also soft and had a nice flavor. There are also many large wontons. It has a great taste and is very filling! This is Shirakawa ramen! It's the first time I ate it. It was a very delicious ramen, different from Sano and Kitakata! The staff at the store were also very responsive! Is the inside of the store a bit empty with just a counter? But as long as the ramen is delicious, it's OK! I like wonton noodles and would order them at other restaurants, but the grilled pork wonton noodles here are a great choice and I give them five stars. The wontons were delicious, and the grilled pork was just the right thickness and softness. It may not be addictive because it doesn't have a strong taste, but it was a delicious ramen with a good balance of umami and saltiness. I would like to come here if I want to eat wonton noodles.
