The permanent menu is quite extensive, but the limited-time menu also changes frequently. The main dish is ramen, but the gomoku ankake yakisoba is very delicious. It has a lot of vegetables on it, so I can give myself an excuse in terms of nutritional balance.

All of the dishes were delicious, but I personally particularly liked the dishes made with vegetables. Are you particular about your suppliers? Anyway, the flavor and texture of the vegetables are brought out to the fullest. The Chinese bowl contains traditional red ham, which makes a nice accent. Stir-fried vegetables are flavored with garlic and are incredibly satisfying. By the way, the soup that comes with it is probably inspired by cow soup, and the soup stock is delicious. If I have a chance to come to this area again, I would definitely like to stop by this shop. Please note that it is closed on Tuesdays.

A restaurant that can be called a hidden gem. It looks like a cafe, but they also have a good selection of rice dishes such as ramen. I tried miso ramen, mapo bowl, and gomoku ramen, and I was so impressed by how delicious they were. A couple? Perhaps it's because the owner is cooking and his wife is in charge of the hall, so it's busy during busy hours. There seem to be some regulars who come here regularly, so it's a relaxed atmosphere. The price is reasonable and the taste is delicious, so Highly recommended!
