The inside of the store was cool because the air conditioner was working, and the fan was spinning in the small rise, so it was comfortable even on a hot day. On this day, I ordered salt ramen topped with pork belly chashu. Noodles are thin and straight, and you can enjoy it smoothly. The soup is clear, beautiful and delicious. The char siu was chicken, thinly sliced ​​pork, and pork belly, all of which were soft and delicious, and I was very satisfied. You can choose between disposable chopsticks and hexagonal chopsticks. Tissues are placed in a box, which I am very grateful for because I often blow my nose when I eat ramen. I was impressed by the soup, which only uses dried sardines and seaweed, and has no harsh taste. The low-temperature grilling, flavored eggs, menma, and spinach are rich and delicious. I like dried sardines because you can enjoy the sweetness of the onions and the different flavors. In the end, it's amazing that everything on such a rich menu, including limited editions, is delicious.
