More Comments at Google MapThere was a course at the cultural hall near the Kasukabe cultural hall, so I visited it 🙂 Because it was a weekday, people from the cultural hall came at once during lunch🏃♂️ I wonder if the menu will change, so when I visited, I ordered the salty kelp water tsukemen. I didn't have a good impression of the kelp water I ate before, but the kelp water here was delicious 😊 so I ate it with soy sauce the next day 👏 There was salt, yuzu pepper, and plum, and the taste was strange. While it was delicious 😊 I wonder if I'll go if I come near again 🚙
Although I knew the existence of the shop, I had been through for a long time. To be honest, I'm a miso ramen lover, but I visited this place because it had a good reputation. The store has 4 counter seats, 2 small tables, and 1 table. The menu seems to be based on seafood-based light soy sauce, animal-based light soy sauce and salt, and family. Quite frankly, it's delicious. Now I go there once a week (laughs). I don't like seafood because it's powdery, so I only eat animal-based light soy sauce, but it's delicious anyway. The noodles are medium-thick and curly, but they are chewy because they are kneaded by hand before boiling. I can't get enough of the soup. The char siu is thin and large, but when it comes to char siu noodles, you can enjoy 3 types of chicken char siu and pork belly. The taste balls are also excellent. When I visited the store with my family, my wife asked for seafood and my son asked for Iekei, so I tasted the soup. I'm good at it. The family lineage also seemed to be based on seafood. In addition, there are limited menus depending on the season, and when I first visited, I had kelp water tsukemen, and now I have hand-rolled miso. I've had both, and they're ridiculously good. Closed on Mondays. It operates separately in daytime and evening hours. There are days when there is no limited menu, but you can check it on Twitter. Anyway, it is a recommended famous store. The shopkeeper seems to be an enthusiastic Urawa Reds supporter, There are many photos in the store. Reds supporters can enjoy it, right? postscript It looks like there was a slight price increase at the end of the year.
