This time we received 2 gyoza dumplings (I ordered 1 at first and added 1 more because it was delicious), draft beer, egg over rice, Chinese soba noodles (large serving) with thick noodles, and nori seaweed. First of all, it is gyoza, but I really like it because ginger is more effective than garlic. According to my wife, she liked it so much that she wanted to come just to eat gyoza. The Chinese soba soup is made by boiling fresh domestic chicken bones and whole chicken, a large amount of maple leaves, and vegetables for 12 hours to create a collagen-rich chicken soup. It is said to be a triple soup with sardines, dried sardines from Setouchi, a fish stock made from kelp, and clams. I'm happy that the seafood flavor isn't too strong. The noodles are homemade noodles (you can choose thin or thick noodles) that are chewy and you can really feel the wheat. The char siu is soft and delicious, and the smell and taste are not peculiar and easy to eat. . Boiled eggs are also beautifully soft-boiled and nothing to say. The commitment to egg-cooked rice is not expressed anywhere in the store, but it is a gem of a level that makes me and my husband, who always order it when it is on the menu, feel "Yeah, it's delicious!"
