More Comments at Google MapThe silent owner runs the shop alone. I ate spicy tsukemen. Fishmeal? It's a base dipping sauce, but it might not be spicy enough for people who like spicy food. The sizes are average, large, and special, and the price is the same up to the large size. So I ordered a large one, but I guess it's not enough for a big eater. The taste is delicious, so I recommend it.
I didn't have a chance to eat here since I'm local, but I went in at the same time as soon as it opened. As expected, I chose the rich miso tsukemen here. The dipping sauce and noodles are delicious! It's rich, but not greasy and easy to eat. The shop owner's craftsman aura is also cool!
Visit on Thursday, September 8, 2022 It's about a 10 minute walk from the east exit of Kasukabe Station. Despite the pressure from the silent shopkeeper, I hand over the meal ticket. We both nodded and the order was completed! After waiting for about 15 minutes, the rice bowl finally arrived. As soon as I couldn't wait to dip the noodles into the dipping sauce and slurp them, I understood why this restaurant was highly rated! It's so delicious! Recently, light soy sauce ramen has become popular, but the rich pork bone soup is definitely the best💪 The crisp and smooth noodles, which feel thin for tsukemen, are the perfect match for the rich soup! I really regret not having a large bowl of noodles...😭 The seats are spacious and the coronavirus countermeasures are perfect 👌 This is a store I want to visit again!
