I parked my car at a nearby coin parking lot and made my first visit to Jume Ihachi Shokudo, which I had been curious about for some time. I ordered kelp water tsukemen and aedama. A very beautiful tsukemen with green noodles that stand out. The kelp water has a thick texture and feels like it sticks to the noodles. When I tasted just the kelp water, it had a very strong soup stock and was delicious. In the end I drank it all. There are many other interesting menu items such as rich Chinese noodles. Although it was a little far from my home, it was a restaurant I would like to visit again.

I've been to this place many times, and 90% of the time I order the konbutari tsukemen, but on this day, I had the tanrei chuka soba. It was called tanrei, but the soy sauce soup with strong dashi and strong flavor is very delicious. The homemade thin noodles are also very delicious. You can't go wrong no matter what menu you order. I come here about once every two months.

We had a large serving of kombu water tsukemen for 1000 yen and a roasted char siu with toppings for 250 yen. The noodles are made in-house and have a very chewy texture. The dipping sauce contains a lot of green onions, and it is a fragrant and light soup. The char siu was also very soft and contained a lot, and it was delicious. I still want to use it.
