I chose the special miso without hesitation. Food ticket vending machines only accept cash. Cashless payments will be rejected by a few percent without any questions asked. The store is spacious and can accommodate about 30-40 people. By noon, the parking lot was almost full, but it wasn't long enough to cause a wait. Serving is relatively quick, taking about 5 minutes. Maybe it's because I entered the store before peak hours? It's a miso ramen specialty restaurant, so as I expected, I loved the rich, firm miso sweetness, umami, and rich, deep flavor! The meat miso on top also contains crushed nuts, which I also like. The table is always stocked with soy sauce, vinegar, chili oil, peppercorns, bean sauce, and grated garlic. It's best if you dissolve a little garlic and taste the soup. Next time I would like to try miso dandan😊

This alone will increase the tension. The noodles are thick curly noodles, minced meat, corn, chopped onions, walnuts, etc. The texture is good, and the soup made with aged miso was also delicious. The boiled egg was also just right inside. It had a good texture and I chewed it well, so I couldn't finish it because I was so full on the way, so I asked my companion to eat it.
