I was able to enter the store in about 15 minutes with 4 people waiting outside. Before lining up, I bought a ticket at the ticket machine at the entrance and handed it to the clerk while I was waiting. I was guided to a counter seat and within 7-8 minutes I was given the green onion chashumen I ordered. I usually order green onion ramen when I visit a ramen shop for the first time, but the char siu looked very delicious, so I decided to order the green onion char siu noodles. The ingredients were seaweed, green onion, chashu, and wakame seaweed. ...It was a lot more than I expected. I was about to order a small green onion bowl, but I made the right decision by not ordering it💦The amount of green onion chashu men was so huge that I don't think I would have been able to finish it if I had ordered two items. The green onions were soaked in the sauce and had a nice texture. The char siu is thick, yet crumbly and soft and contains about 4 pieces. Personally, I like the soup because it has a richer flavor than it looks and has just the right amount of fat. The noodles were straight and the hardness was just right. My first green onion chashu men was very delicious. It was also nice that the owner and the staff in the hall were polite and had a relaxing meal.
