Satte, Saitama, Japan｜Marugen Ramen

I went to eat with my family. There are table seats and tatami seats to choose from. I ordered meat soba and it was delicious. The vegetable meat soba had plenty of vegetables, but it was a little disappointing that the core of the cabbage was included. The soy sauce tonkotsu (red) is spicy but delicious. I am thankful that there are many seasonings with different tastes. It was delicious. The store is lively and the staff are working hard and full of energy. Due to the price increase, the free Nozawana sauce has become chargeable (50 yen).

It was my first time visiting. I had the yuzu salt ramen fried rice set. Although the bowl seems small, the amount was just right for me and the fried rice was delicious. The soup of the dandan noodles that my wife ate was a bit salty. I would like to try a different flavor of ramen next time. Fried rice set 😁

I knew it before, but I entered Marugen for the first time. I got the ajitama niku soba set. Fried rice is very delicious. You can have a hearty meal for free. Yuzu pepper is effective for ramen and has a favorite taste. The thin noodles are a perfect match with the soup. You can enjoy the taste change with spicy miso on the table, and the service Nozawana sauce is also delicious. Anyway, it was delicious and I asked for an additional replacement ball. If it is this content, the price side is cheap enough and satisfied. And the customer service was good. The explanation about the three types of tonkotsu flavor was also polite. Educational guidance for employees is also perfect. From the beginning to the end, I enjoyed the delicious ramen. It is ☆ 5 for the hard work of the employees! It was a feast.
