More Comments at Google MapI ordered salted wontons. No matter what you say, the transparency of the soup and the overall beauty of the aroma are beautiful! ️It's been a while since I've had such gentlemanly ramen⭕️ Char siu is low-temperature cooking of katarose. Wontons usually have a lot of skin and little toppings, but the wontons here were wontons that you could eat the toppings in. Are the noodles straight whole grain noodles? I don't feel like it's boiled well or doesn't last very long 👌 Next time I would like to order the dressed soba as well 🤝 Thank you for the meal 😋
I went to Chinese Soba Ideta in Satte City🐖 Enter the store and purchase salt soba and flavored eggs from the ticket vending machine on the left. A half-flavored egg is included by default, so if you purchase a topping flavored egg, it will be 1.5 balls 🥚 Moist and tender rare char siu😋 Flavored egg with melty yolk🥚 Exquisite soup with deep flavor 👍 Noodles with neat lines are also good🤤 It was delicious, thank you for the meal 🙇♂️
Salt ramen fell in love at first sight after seeing it in a ramen book. Impression that it is beautiful. However, I don't really like salt ramen other than tanmen, so I don't know. That's what I thought. However, I was fascinated by her beauty, and finally met her for the first time. Smell: dried sardines + distant salt + fat smells so good The noodles are neatly folded, just like a ramen book. One bite... gatsu. Isn't this salt ramen? Dried sardines and sukoshi salt + fat that make you think. Very clear and deep flavor. Noodles are straight. I prefer a little more wheat scent and hardness, but the noodles are more than delicious. It was so delicious that even I, who doesn't like salt ramen, wanted to eat it again. I would like to say "salt soba" instead of salt ramen, "sardine salt soba" to be exact. I would like to have soy sauce next time. Thank you for the meal.
