Visited on Wednesday, August 30, 2023. A popular ramen restaurant in Koga City, Ibaraki Prefecture☝️ The owner trained at the Rokurinsha-affiliated Junk Garage and Kasukabe's famous store Jump, so that alone raises expectations! If you are coming from Saitama, go down National Route 125, cross the Tonegawa Bridge, and turn right at the next traffic light after passing the FREAKS STORE main store and the famous outdoor goods store Orange Koga store. As you continue along the road, you will see Mendo Inaba, another very popular ramen restaurant, so continue along the road and you will see it on your right. There is a fairly large gravel parking lot next to and behind the store, so please park your car there. When we arrived for lunch, there were 6-7 people waiting outside. It's incredibly popular. At this restaurant, you buy your meal ticket first, so first buy your meal ticket inside the store, then sit on the bench outside and wait for your time to arrive! After a while, a female staff member inside came to collect the meal ticket, so I handed her the ticket there and after a while, I was guided inside the store. You will be asked for free toppings when you finish both ramen and mazesoba, so it will be smoother if you decide before then. The ramen is a completely emulsified soup, and the noodles are chewy and delicious! The mazesoba was a bit strong in garlic, but it was a masterpiece reminiscent of Kasukabe's Jump, and it was also really delicious. Although the owner was still young, he was serving very delicious products, and I felt that we could expect much from him in the future. Thank you for the meal😋

It was my first visit. A large portion of Mazesoba on the signboard menu. The delicious taste of the soft pork, which is easy to eat, is entwined with many toppings such as baby stars, garlic, and oil. It was around 13:30 on weekdays, so I was seated immediately.

It looks like it will open around December 2022. The owner is from Jump in Kasukabe, and the menu structure is almost the same☺️ You can choose one topping for free, which is the same as jump, pork, roast pork, or ajitama. Even if you don't say anything, one pig is already on top, so if you call a pig with free toppings, you'll get two pigs. I think the lentil topping is delicious, with ramen, tare soba, and maze soba as the axis. I really liked the soft flat noodles in the de-emulsified soup, and I started going there🥰 The store clerk is also kind! If you like emulsion soup, please go there ♡ Recommended ☝️
