Kuki, Saitama, Japan｜Sharin Kuki

This is a ramen shop that I really like. I've only ever eaten tsukemen, but... It's amazing that a chain restaurant can recreate the thickness of the noodles and the way the soup mixes. I have never seen this kind of quality at this price at any other chain store. I've been to the Kuki store several times, and I think it's clean and has a good atmosphere, making it easy for women to visit. Condiments such as plums, Japanese pepper, and pepper were placed next to the desk. I really like it. After you finish eating, we also recommend diluting the soup with some soup and drinking it. I've been to the stores in malls many times, but you have to go to the pick-up counter to get the condiments, so I especially like the store-style Kuki store. It's worth going there thinking you've been scammed!

I ate tsukemen. From the shops in the food court, I thought the texture of the noodles was good. The dipping sauce is the same Rokurinsha style I prefer that store. I knocked over the cup of water, flooded the counter sorry.

Noodles are good👌 Soup is good😆 Wednesday after 7pm, not many visitors? What happened 😱 Arrived around 13:00 on the last day of the 3-day holiday. There was a wait of 6 groups, but we were able to be seated without waiting that long 🎵 Lately, I've been addicted to Chinese noodles. I like chewy curly noodles 👍️ It was my first time ordering raw shichimi😁, but for me it was hard to choose, so to be honest, I think it's okay without it. 😎
