A homage store to Kitakata's "Sakauchi Shokudo"? It's "almost" the noodles and taste of Sakauchi Shokudo. Kitakata City is far from the Kanto area, but this chain store is close! For me, Kitakata ramen is soul food, but it's so close that I can't stop here! Seat guidance is not smooth and the wait time is unnecessarily long, but I can't help it since I am also working at the same time. It's best to wait a little longer or go early. If there is no place to park in the parking lot, it may take up to 30 minutes to be called after reception. At the reception desk, you have to write down the number of people and the name of the representative by hand, which is rare these days, and wait outside in the summer and winter. Indoor waiting seats can accommodate at most 8 people. Still, this ramen is delicious! I'd like to go once a week if possible. Great!

Itaiuchi for the first time in years. Attracted to Aoto Uma Shio Ramen... Draft beer and topping egg before arrival. Ramen was really delicious (*^^*) It looks cool even chilled, or rather, I want to eat it chilled. It was nice to have a calm customer service with a smile from the clerk, and it was nice to have a seat where one customer could eat calmly. Confidence and stability are amazing.
