More Comments at Google MapExcellent ramen! You get to pick what kind of noodles you want from a selection of six, and you can ask for more noodles for free. A tad pricey, but with free noodles and great taste it's quite worth it.
Highest!
For the first time, I went to a store that I had always wanted to visit if I had the chance. Since it's close to the university, there seem to be a lot of students and office workers on their way home from work. I've been to the Butatjin restaurant in Ritto many times, and the fact that you can choose from several types of noodles and get extra noodles for free is the same. I think Ritto's Butatin has more types of noodles. First, I ordered the basic tonkotsu (pork bone) and compared the flavors. The taste is the same, but compared to Butatin, it was a little lighter, although not weaker, and I felt it was easier to substitute. By the way, while Pork-nin can eat Kaedama as many times as he wants, Bakusho-san has a limit of 2 times for the same noodles and 4 times for Kaedama itself. There is no doubt that it is delicious, so I would like to stop by again when I am nearby!
