A ramen shop located on the first floor of the building that houses Ishiyama's live music venue, Euston. (ΦωΦ) I think this is an affiliated store of "Nibojiro" in Minamikusatsu. As the name of the restaurant suggests, their specialty is ramen with a strong flavor of dried sardines. However, recently the trendy Jiro inspired and abura soba are mainly available (ΦωΦ) The only parking available is the nearby coin parking lot or the Toray Grand parking lot, so it's inconvenient. Well, the location is good as it's right in front of the station. This time, I really wanted to try ``dried sardines'', so I ordered the basic ``Niboichirohan.'' I ordered all the calls (?) as normal. I didn't really care about the delivery time. As usual, the noodles are thick and have a slightly hard finish. The soup is a soy sauce soup with plenty of dried sardines, and is a bit salty. (ΦωΦ) A mountain of bean sprouts is placed on top of it, and the char siu is soft with a good balance of lean and fatty meat. There was dried sardines on top of the pile of bean sprouts. The customers around me, both my brother and sister, are eating more and more Jiro inspired food. Honestly, I can't eat well. I would think. Personally, I am at a restaurant where I feel like I am no longer able to enjoy the food I eat. Also, do you go to eat dried sardines when you want to nourish your body and mind? I received the abura soba. The owner was very friendly and the food was delicious. It's quite voluminous and filling. Thank you for the meal.

Visited several times on business trips. You can choose the amount of noodles according to your taste, and you can declare the amount of vegetables you like because you will be asked about the amount of vegetables just before it is ready. I want to go again!
