I visited in April 2021 through the introduction of a friend and received the char siu noodles. It's been a long time since I've had ramen that felt simple and delicious. The char siu was also nicely browned, fragrant and very delicious. The noodles are curly and go down smoothly, making it a bowl you'll want to eat again. It came with furikake rice balls and yogurt, and the rice balls had a handmade feel to them and were flavorful, so I thought it was a bit much, but I finished it without any trouble. I overheard a conversation between a regular customer and the master, and it seems that the restaurant was originally run by a father and son, but now the son is the only one running the business. Since it was a one-off restaurant, there was a bit of a wait to order, but even more than that, I could feel the warmth and warmth of the staff, who were working hard to continue providing meals based on the contents of the dishes. You can feel this from the reasonably priced and voluminous ramen set menu. For the first time in a while, I was able to enjoy a meal that made me feel the owner's passion and warmth. I would like to go to Shobu-cho again to eat at this restaurant. Thank you for the meal.
