Their noodles are so good that I strongly recommend you visit them as soon as possible. The only thing that I can't understand is the taste of sliced pork meat that looks like roasted beef. That would not go well with ramen noodles.🍜🥢

I used to pass by it often and wondered about it, but it was empty every time I looked, so I ignored it. A ramen-loving acquaintance introduced me to this restaurant as the No. 1 seafood-based tsukemen restaurant in Shiga Prefecture. The store is bright and clean, and the female owner is friendly and attentive. There are only 10 seats at the counter. Food tickets are cash only, and the prices are a little high. The tsukemen is thick and chewy, but it is also delicious when eaten with rock salt alone. The soup is full of seafood, but it is light, and the taste changes with each addition of condiments. The chicken char siu is huge. The seared is excellent. I made it special, but it was Myers. The soup at the end was also delicious. It's delicious and personally highly rated that you won't get thirsty even if you eat it all. There are tsukemen and ramen, but the serving time for tsukemen is 16 minutes, so if you go with more than one person, there may be a difference of 5 minutes or more. I got a free ticket for a cup of tsukemen, so let's come back and try the limited-time ramen and charmayo bowl next time.

I was finally able to go to a store that I had wanted to go to for a while! When I entered the store, there was a ticket vending machine, and since it was my first time there, I ordered the standard tsukemen (large size). On the wall, information about the special chashu pork and noodles, how to eat tsukemen, etc. was posted, so you wouldn't get bored while waiting. The first thing that was offered was condiments such as green onions. The tsukemen that was served shortly after was thick, smooth, and chewy. As the name suggests, the rare char siu was very soft and delicious. I ordered seafood-based tsukemen, but if you can get tsukemen of this quality without having to go far, I'll be satisfied. It's a small shop, but I felt like they were working really hard, so I wanted to support them. I would like to visit again and try some dive food this time!
