I was interested in the terminal of the route bus and when I went to Sekijuku Central Terminal for the first time, I saw a glance and entered the store. Is it town Chinese at a glance? Is it a ramen specialty store? I was at a loss for judgment, but I entered the store and understood it as a Chinese restaurant in town. It seems that it has been introduced on TV locations, etc., and it feels a little embarrassing to enter the store for the first time without prior research. Although the owner was relatively young, he was very impressed with the fact that he used a flat colander to drain the noodles. I don't have any complaints at Tebozal, a specialty store, but I enjoyed a large bottle of beer while looking over the counter because I felt that it was a Chinese town in the scenery where the hot water was drained with a flat strainer. What left a strong impression on me was how well the dumplings were cooked and how they were hand-rolled. Dozens of gyoza dumplings are produced each day, and each one is carefully and beautifully woven into hand-rolled dumplings. I had ramen at the end and went home, but since it has a wide selection of products and I have a feeling that anything I eat will be delicious, I would like to visit many times apart from traveling on the local bus.

I visited for the first time during lunch time. The lunch menu was reasonably priced and filling.

I ate a lunch set of fried rice and dumplings with green onion soy sauce ramen. For 750 yen including tax, fried rice and dumplings were so delicious that I wanted to eat them again and again. The green onion soy sauce ramen has a strong green onion feel, and I think it would be more delicious if I added a little chili oil on the desk.
