More Comments at Google MapI had Sora Pork Noodles and Tare Katsu. The tare cutlet was delicious, the meat was tender and soaked in the sauce. There are only famous ones. The ramen has a muddy soup, and although it is made from pork bones, it has a rich taste. It went well with the thin noodles and had a strong flavor. Is it spicy mustard greens and chili pepper powder? There is a small amount of it, and it is an accent. The pork belly was aromatic and meltingly soft.
☆Rich and rich☆Tonkotsu ramen☆ ``Menya Soraton'' is a sister restaurant to ``Menya Hokei'' in Konan City, and is quite popular locally. The place fills up quickly around lunchtime, but I don't remember waiting for a long time. There is a waiting area for 4 to 5 people inside the store. Buy a meal ticket from the ticket vending machine right at the entrance and wait in line. When you are shown to your seat, give your meal ticket to the staff and tell them about the hardness of the noodles. The counter seats are separated by partitions, but they are spacious and very comfortable. The air conditioning works well and is comfortable. It helps that I don't have to sweat a lot. Today, I ordered the standard tonkotsu ramen (without hard mustard mustard) + tonkatsu set. You have to wait 15 minutes for the tonkatsu, but it's so delicious that it's worth it. They asked me when I wanted my ramen, so I asked for it with tonkatsu. Wait 15 minutes, get it right away. The soup is as thick as Tenichi, but it's not too strong and the saltiness is just right, making it easy to eat. The default topping is mustard greens, so please be careful if you don't like it. Three thick slices of pork belly topped with chopped green onions. The noodles are medium-thin and straight, with less water added. It also goes well with the soup. I think this is a ramen that shows Sora Buta's individuality. Now, regarding the pork cutlet, the pork cutlet is thickly sliced around 1.5~2cm and deep-fried over a long period of time, so the crispy batter is soft and moist and could be on par with a specialty restaurant. Please try it once. It's really delicious♪ If you order ramen, you can get free refills of rice, so it's a good restaurant for people who eat a lot. I? To be honest, it was too much for my stomach lol
I came to the store at 10pm, and there were several groups of customers, so I thought it was a popular store. Tonkotsu ramen was very delicious 🍜
