More Comments at Google MapThis is a ramen shop in Mizuguchi (ΦωΦ) It's run by a married couple. The parking lot can park 4 to 5 cars in front of the store, but it is full during lunchtime and it is difficult to find space. There are about 5 seats at the counter and 2 tables inside the store (ΦωΦ) By the way, it is an order system. The main focus is on Chinese noodles, but there are so many varieties that it can be hard to choose. There is a wide variety of set menus, and when you think about the combinations, there are quite a lot of choices, but the a la carte menu also seems to be quite extensive. This time I ordered the soy sauce ramen fried chicken set. The delivery time was surprisingly quick (ΦωΦ) Shoyu ramen is a form of traditional Chinese noodles. Although the soup is a little light, it has quite a strong oil film. The noodles are straight thin noodles made from whole grain flour (with a little curl) and are easy to eat (๑•̀ㅂ•́)و✧ There's chashu, boiled egg, green onion, wakame, and yuzu accents. Traditional Chinese noodles that are generally easy to eat. The atmosphere of the store is also nice and relaxed. A store that I want you to work hard at for a long time without overdoing it. Thank you for the meal (-person-)
I ordered Chinese soba soy sauce. Is it like chicken bones, seafood, white water soy sauce? It has a nostalgic taste, but it is well-balanced and has a yuzu accent, so you won't get tired of it until the end. Personally, Shiga prefecture's leading delicious Chinese soba.
Pork balls and fried meatball skewers [Chinese soba Hagakure] @ Tomeisaka, Minakuchi-cho, Koka City, Shiga Prefecture. The soup has a rich, sweet-salty flavor that is made with a base of chicken soy sauce, a large amount of pork belly, Chinese cabbage, and an egg mixture that will leave you craving rice. I don't know when this changed, but the soba-like texture of noodles made with whole grains is also pleasant to slurp, and goes well with this soup. It's not flashy, it's simple and delicious, but it's a cup that's made with great care. Adding home-grown Yahei chili peppers to the taste gives it a much more tangy flavor, which is also wonderful. The fried meatball skewers made with minced chicken and cartilage are also delicious.
