Late at night, I visited for the shime ramen. I ordered Hinomaru ramen. The soup was rich with the flavor of well-cooked meat and went well with the noodles, which I personally found very delicious. I was grateful that I was doing it late at night.

The boss is very kind, I can't guess the quality of the late night shop is so good

The chilled tsukemen that was only available in the summer is the best, the best dish Tora has ever had.
