Kusatsu, Shiga, Japan｜Nakayoshi

Excellent ramen- how did last night and it was so good that I had to come back tonight!

2021.11 visit. Last year, we moved to the 1st floor of Atlas Tower Kusatsu, but this is a family-run ramen shop that has been around for a long time. Lunch is also served and is open until late at night. The side menu is abundant, and the grilled rice is exquisite! Soy sauce ramen is soft noodles and feels like simple Chinese soba. Miso ramen has a mild soup with a little ginger, and I think miso ramen is delicious.

I came here because this restaurant was ranked number 1 in Shiga prefecture's fried rice ranking on internet news. It was definitely a very delicious fried rice. When I ordered the fried chicken with it, the fried chicken was also flavored with garlic and was very delicious! I'll come back later.
