The noodles were thick and the flavors were well balanced and delicious. Also, the gyoza in the set had crispy edges and was served with miso sauce, which was very delicious.

If you want to eat abura soba personally, this is the place. I love plump fat noodle oil soba made with tapioca flour noodles made with fish flour, which is not the usual garlic-based type. I've been coming here for about 8 years. The gyoza that you eat with miso sauce is also excellent, so we recommend it. If you eat oil soba here, you won't be able to eat oil soba at a common chain store.

The miso ramen here is very delicious. The thick white miso, which seems to contain a little back oil, is a perfect match for the soup and noodles. I think the name of the menu was "Miso ramen with rich flavor". I always order miso char siu noodles. The char siu is also thinly sliced ​​and delicious.
