Today I searched for tsukemen ramen in Minamikoshigaya to find this place. It is very near to Minamikoshigaya JR station exit, 2-3 minutes walk. I ordered salt based tsukemen, costed about ¥820. The taste was mild, not very salty, but once you add the ramen noddle it becomes the perfect blend to happy go in your watery mouth. I visited right after the store opened on a rainy weekday, and there were already two people in line. The inside of the store has a calm atmosphere and all seats are at the counter. It's the type of thing where you buy a meal ticket. I ordered a special serving of salted tsukemen. It seems that the original salt tsukemen has clams and yuzu pepper for a different taste. Based on the word of mouth information, I spent an extra 100 yen and tried the pork garlic. This change? When issuing meal tickets, it seems to be done in cash. After a while, the dipping sauce came out, and the noodles came out a little later. The noodles are delicious, chewy and smooth straight noodles. The dipping sauce was initially dominated by the green seaweed on top. It has a strong, delicious salty taste with a slight sourness from the vinegar. The combination of garlic and plenty of pork belly was very much to my liking. The cubed pork char siu, guinea pigs, and menma are hidden in relatively large amounts. It got quite lukewarm halfway through, but it didn't get diluted. The taste changed with the chili pepper, but it was delicious till the end. The store staff were also highly praised for their energetic and pleasant customer service. I would like to come back and try a different menu, thank you for the meal.
