Found this place on my way back home at late night. It seems to be new, near to Shinkoshigaya station. The place is clean and neat, not like many ramenya that has particular odor. I love this place as it is hygienic, neat and spacious that you don’t feel claustrophobic. As for the taste of ramen, I tried mid-spicy (chukara) that tasted really wonderful, out of the box of normal ramen, such as soyu/tonkotsu ramen. It’s spicy, color is beautiful and most importantly it tasted really good. I hope my morning goes well tomorrow. Will I visit the 2nd time - yes, is my answer and try other menu

Ordered spicy tomato noodles and stone-grilled cheese rice. The konnyaku noodles are chewy and smooth, and the soup is full of flavor! You can add spiciness by using table seasonings. I want to conquer all types.

This is my favorite ramen shop in the Shinkoshigaya area. Tomato spicy noodles (spicy to medium spicy/konnyaku noodles) + stone-grilled cheese rice is my personal best combination. I do not know, When I was about to finish eating my ramen, they brought me stone-grilled cheese rice, and my satisfaction soared.↑↑↑ Rice and cheese on a simmering hot stone pot, ramen soup and tomatoes. ! ! Tomatoes are warm and thick. It makes the best risotto. It is no exaggeration to say that I came to eat this risotto. After going through many twists and turns with ordering food tickets and QR codes, he seems to have settled on the style of buying food tickets from the vending machine at the entrance and handing them to the staff. There is a dedicated app that allows you to accumulate points, but I always worry about when to present the app. When the ramen arrives, they push it, but it stretches and gets cold. . . I think it would be nice if we could somehow improve on that alone. Expect further development in the future!
