Hidakaya Minamikoshigaya store. I'm here again... Visiting Hidakaya has become my life's work, and I've become so addicted to it that I feel like I'm going to have a nervous breakdown if I don't go once a week (lol). Today, I chose the standard fava beans, kimchi tofu, and stir-fried vegetables while drinking a little Bunraku sake. Finally, finish off with Gomoku Ankake Ramen! It goes great with pepper! Mr. Okawa? The male hall clerk was very courteous and I had a pleasant meal. I didn't know the name of the person working in the kitchen, but he was working on September 5th from 4:30pm to 5:00pm. The food was delicious, the customer service was attentive, and the atmosphere was great. I'll come again
