More Comments at Google MapThis is a ramen shop that opened in Nomura, Kusatsu City. (*`・ω・)ゞ The parking lot can accommodate about 5 cars. (You can also use the parking lot of the izakaya next door during the day) Orders are ticketed. There seems to be 8 seats at the counter and a tatami room in the back. (ФωФ) The menu offers ramen (soy sauce & salt) and tsukemen. This time I ordered soy sauce ramen + wonton and chashu bowl. (ФωФ) The serving time is fairly early, and the chashu is served separately. The soy sauce ramen has a clear soup with chicken oil and a deep flavor. The noodles are straight, thin noodles made from Hokkaido wheat, and are very chewy and flavorful. The char siu topping is attached separately. 2 pieces of rare char siu and chicken char siu. Both chashu were fresh and tasty. The wontons were delicious with the flavor of sesame oil, but they were a little hard. The char siu rice bowl is also made with pork and chicken, topped with a garlic-flavored sauce, but I think it would have been better if there was a little more sauce. (ФωФ) The ramen itself is a very authentic soy sauce ramen. (ФωФ) The tsukemen has a good wheat aroma, and the soup stock has a strong taste, and the yuzu rind is served as a flavor change. I'm happy with this extra addition. The soup with soup is also very delicious as it is made with carefully selected ingredients such as mackerel and turmeric. It was a delicious ramen that I never got tired of till the end (゚∀゚*) Thank you for the meal (。-人-。)
This is a restaurant where you can enjoy Seiyu ramen made by the owner who was trained by Mr. Yoshichi. Tori soba and tsuke soba are both made with soy sauce and salt. The menu is simple, with chashu rice bowl (salt and soy sauce), side dishes of egg-cooked rice, and extra servings of seasoned eggs and menma. What I received was Tori Soba Soy Sauce. The chicken soup made with Omi chicken is a blend of several types of soy sauce from Kagawa, and was full of flavor. There are three types of char siu served on a plate, and you can start with a nice soup and gradually change the flavor by adding more fat from the char siu. There are three types of chashu: pork belly, shoulder loin, and Omi black chicken. The noodles are homemade Hokkaido wheat noodles. It was a well-balanced cup with a focus on everything. The owner was also very nice, and I left thinking that this restaurant will definitely become a popular one. Thank you for the meal.
I stopped by around 12:00 noon on a weekday Thursday. I'm excited because it's a shop run by a disciple in Minami-Kusatsu. 20 minutes walk from Kusatsu Station. The parking lot can accommodate about 6 cars. There is no waiting outside or inside the store. It will also be in the form of a meal ticket. It takes less than 5 minutes for your order to arrive. I thought it arrived quickly. I usually get the soy sauce, but sometimes I want to try something different, so I ventured into the salt ramen (950 yen). The soup wasn't too salty and tasted like you could drink it all. It has an elegant taste and doesn't cost 1,000 yen. The richness of the pork also brings out the salt. The noodles are hard but just the right amount. Also, the accent of chopped onions is irresistible. I've found another store I like in Shiga. The staff and atmosphere are perfect. I'm so looking forward to it that I can't wait to try the soy sauce next time and the tsukemen next time. Thank you for today. It was a very delicious and wonderful time!
