A restaurant where you can eat exquisite offal ramen filled with the flavor of offal♪ This time I ordered motsu stew ramen. The rich miso-based soup has a rich texture and is packed with the unique odor and flavor of offal. It has a somewhat characteristic odor of offal, but that's what makes it delicious. The noodles were slightly curly and thick, and when mixed with the soup, they were exquisite. I happened to be passing by this restaurant and it was really delicious so I would like to go there again 😄

This is the first shop I learned about the genre of motsu ramen, but I haven't come across a shop that is as delicious as this one. There are also tables, counters and parlors. My personal favorite is shio motsu ramen, medium-thick straight noodles with lots of vegetables and offal. The offal is large and fluffy with no odor and goes well with rice. There is a parking lot around the store, but it may be a little difficult to park on the street side

The unique odor of offal fills the store, and it whets your appetite! I ordered offal ramen, but there was no odor of offal at all! ! It's delicious here!
