This is a relaxing shop for me and my husband. Although it is a pure wood, I always admire the skilled elderly master's way of handling the wok from the counter. The gentle wife's breath is perfect for the two of us, and it feels like many years have passed. As expected, the noodles are delicious as expected from Dosanko. The grated garlic on the counter is delicious. For some reason, there is Ajinomoto on the table, which makes me laugh as it looks like a home dining table. I like tanmen the most, but the most popular dish is definitely the fried rice made by the master. It's addictive. Our detailed service is truly a source of relaxation for us.

Recommended is green onion miso ramen and vegetable soup. Even after 20 years, it's delicious without any memory correction. Ramen is soft noodles. best match 😋
