Located on the 1st floor of Lake Town mori in Koshigaya City, Saitama Prefecture, this famous Hokkaido-born restaurant specializes in salty flavors (they also offer soy sauce and miso flavors). Among the five human senses, taste is the most useless, and some people have their own likes and dislikes even when it comes to ingredients, so I don't judge the taste, but it strikes a chord with my taste buds. Even though it's an hour and a half drive each way, I stop by regularly every month. Every time, I arrive in time for the restaurant to open at 11 a.m. on weekdays and order food, but by the time it is served (7 to 15 minutes), the restaurant is almost full. I went to a shop in Hokkaido, and I think the authentic taste is still being used in Koshigaya City, Saitama Prefecture.
