We had tanmen, soy sauce ramen, and grilled gyoza, and they were all very delicious. I think this is a restaurant that is sure to come back again. I eat ramen more than 100 times a year, but this is the only restaurant where I go out of my way to eat at a private place on a business trip. I guess the genre would be pork bone soy sauce.
