I ordered a lunch set of matured soy sauce ramen and junibunya bowl. Both were very delicious with an elegant soy sauce flavor. The char siu is lean, so it doesn't feel like it's melting, but you can feel the taste of the meat. The bowl of the set looked small, but the amount of rice was unexpectedly satisfying. The condiments and astragalus were on the counter. It's kind and nice to have a tissue at each seat. Correspondence of staff is good, too. Next time I would like to try other flavors of ramen.
