Higashiomi, Shiga, Japan｜Makotoya Higashiomi Yokaichi

Currently my favorite restaurant in town. ❤️ My favorite lamen ever - but i must say i'm not an expert at lamen yet, lol I absolutely love that white broth, love the fact you can choose how hard or soft your noodles will be served, how spicy your broth will be served - there are 5 spice levels and i've seen people crying there, so be careful going after Level 2! I'm used to super spicy food and their Level 3 almost made me leave without finishing my meal - but i finished. Painfully, tho. 😅

Good food…. Good Ramen….

Good ambiance and good staffs. i recommend it for all types of nationality.
