2023.5.24 (Wednesday) around 18:00 Shirokuma ramen for the first time in a while. ○Miso ramen (butter, char siu) ordered with lots of green onions. The miso ramen here is rich and delicious. This time I may have diluted it with butter, but if I had to be greedy, I would prefer the miso flavor to be a little stronger. I think the richer the flavor, the better to make the most of the red miso. ○Half fried rice (set) To say the least, it's one of the best fried rice I've ever had, including at other restaurants. It was very delicious. Moreover, even half-fried rice is quite filling. The Kameyama main store has been around for over 30 years, and the staff are very nice, so I think it will continue to be popular. *PS The positive reviews above are from when I went on a Wednesday evening. I went there at a certain time on a different day, and to be honest, the taste was below average😅 After all, even in the same restaurant, there are so many differences depending on the person cooking 🤔 Sorry for asking 😂

The richness of the soup and the compatibility with the noodles are outstanding. The soy sauce ramen and the irico-based soup are special dishes that you will never get tired of. The price is also reasonable. The chashu fried rice also has a deep flavor. I want to go again.

The staff's response is not as good as in the city. Let's call it a ramen shop in the countryside. The bean sprouts are runny and the chashu is not good, but the soup is delicious and goes well with the noodles, giving the restaurant a relaxing atmosphere. Until now, the fried chicken was too fried and was dry and crumbly, but the other day's fried chicken was crispy and delicious. After ordering fried rice a few times, I gave up.
