I'm a fan of Hikone and Kusatsu. Although it has just opened, The richness is really rich. Soy sauce ramen needs a little more punch I think it tastes even better if you let it play. Personally, I like soy sauce from Wakayama. I like soy sauce that is a little strong. But I would like to support you! It was well worth the 40 minutes it took. 2023/05/31 Perfect for people who love chicken paitan ramen! Although it's not as good as Kyoto's finest chicken, it's a thick soy sauce-based chicken broth. If you add the dongoku as a set, your appetite will be full.
